After living in apartments most of my adult life, I was eager for a home. The moment I walked into the first show home by Graham Smith Construction I fell in love. Thinking a custom build was out of my price range I continued to shop the market. However it became clear my hearts desire was in fact a custom home. I met further with Zack DeYmaz who assured me they could make that dream come true. I absolutely LOVE the home constructed and cannot wait to use Graham Smith Construction again for future builds. Excellent communication throughout the building process, professional onsite workers and the home was completed on time. From picking out fixtures to flooring to cabinets to where outlets would go, Zack was there every step of the way for advisement.
